Privacy Policy

Hypeware (owner Sangeun Bae, "Hypeware") handles personal information received through the contact form as follows.

1. Information collected

  • Required: name, phone number, message
  • Optional: e-mail, organization, project type, budget, schedule
  • Collected automatically: an irreversible transformation of your IP address (the address itself is not stored), browser information (User-Agent)

2. Purpose

  • Reviewing and answering project inquiries
  • Preventing spam and abuse

3. Retention and deletion

  • Inquiries are kept for one year from receipt, then deleted irrecoverably by a cleanup job that runs daily.
  • Copies in backups kept for recovery are deleted 30 days after the backup.
  • On request, your information is deleted without delay regardless of the period.

4. Provision to third parties

  • Personal information is not provided to third parties, except where required by law.

5. Processors

  • Amazon Web Services: server operation and data storage (Seoul region)

6. Transfers abroad

  • Personal information is not transferred abroad.

7. Your rights

  • You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop its processing. Requests to the contact below are handled without delay.

8. Security measures

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
  • Authenticated administrator accounts and restricted access
  • IP addresses stored only in transformed form

9. Cookies and visit statistics

  • Only one cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) is used, to remember your language. You can refuse cookies in your browser and still use the site.
  • Visit statistics are collected with Umami, run by this site itself. It uses no cookies and stores only aggregate data that cannot identify you (pages visited, referrers, browser and device type, country).
